this is a little bit of an adventure because i don’t have enough banana, i cut the recipe in half, and had to estimate the baking time, etc.
in my version, i cut to about 25g of butter, 20g sugar, 105g flour, grounded maple walnut, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking soda, bake about 20 min at 180 preheated oven.
taste? love it, really really yummy, and not as oily or sugary fat! definitely my healthier choice.
i baked with ikea silicon mold, it can withstand temp up to 250 degree, and the mold size is just right ! very convenient.
