Oh my god, this is absolutely the best Matcha Latte I’ve had so far… it is not sweet at all, and not bitter either… it is just perfect perfect…
This recipe comes from 京都午茶時光 -日式抹茶幸福甜點:
- Milk 100 ml
- sugar 5g
- matcha 3g (sieve)
- water 20ml
- Milk foam
Very simple, heat the milk, sugar, matcha, water in low fire until bubble around pot edges, then add milk foam on top
This has nothing to do with Schenker, just this is the only cup I have to show the layers… haha.
