Homemade white tuna sauce for pasta with only milk (no need cream), butter and all purpose flour !

  • Butter: 2 TBS
  • All Purpose Flour: 2 TBS
  • Whole Milk: 1 Cup

Melt butter –> mix in flour until crumbs –> pour in milk –> cook 2 minutes until smooth –> add white pepper (optional) –> add canned tuna (or any ingredients) –> top with pine nuts / cheese, etc
